Thank you for the installation or our new superior quality windows. We are thrilled with them and they have received many favourable comments. In fact the window cleaner asked after cleaning them whether they were plastic because he was almost certain they were but not quite sure. The wood grain effect is so convincing many people have thought the same.

The whole process of the installation was very good and caused no disruption. The installation team were very polite and very careful at cleaning up inside and out before leaving each day. There was no mess for us and the whole job took much less time than anticipated.

Thank you Michelle, you helped us initially with the very difficult process of deciding on style. We had already looked at a lot of different window companies but you gave us the time and commitment to think without the hard sell and we really appreciated your advice.
